Summer Programs: Summer Preparation
The Summer Prep Program for 2010 starts now!
Dates: June 7th – July 2nd, Monday-Friday
Time: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Classes are capped at 16 and are taught by TCDS teachers
MATH
• Enhance basic math skills with hands on math activities
• Gain confidence with math fact drills and activities
• Enrich skills with creative and fun games
READING
• Explore fiction, fairy tales, non-fiction and biographies in reading
• Enjoy fun activities related to grammar and comprehension strategies
WRITING
* Write quality stories using the six traits of writing skills and strategies
* Gain confidence with enhanced skills in academics
* And much, much more
Critical thinking skills.....Fabulous teachers.....No uniforms required
Open to students going into grades 1st through 8th next year. Cost is $225 ($200 + $25 registration fee) for the entire 4 weeks.
Students can register to attend Camp Adventure in the afternoon at a reduced rate to extend the fun.
