Middle school students are taking charge of their P.E. classes!
For Cardio Day in P.E., students were given a piece of exercise equipment – either aerobic steps, stability balls, mats, basketballs or jump
ropes – and led their own 3-minute “fitness class” in which the rest of the class rotated through in small groups.
The student fitness leaders had to design their own workout for the 3-minute span. They not only led the workout, but participated alongside their peers.
Great way to encourage leadership, Coach Rubin! Wonderful job teaching, students!
