Welcome Back! Below you should find everything you need to prepare for our upcoming 2010/2011 school year.

Important Dates

Friday, August 13th from 4-5pm - Meet & Greet for Preschool & PreK
Friday, August 13th from 5:30-7pm - Meet & Greet for K-8
Monday, August 16th - First day of School!
Monday, September 13th from 5:30-6:30pm - First SPA (Student Parent Association) meeting. Can't wait to get involved, click here to sign up!

Meet and Greet Information
We look forward to seeing your family at this important event! We’re changing the structure of Meet and Greet, so please read the following information carefully in order to make the evening productive and successful for your family.

Before August 13th, please download and fill out the following forms:

Back to School Letter from Dr. Saliba
Student Fees Form
- - - - - - Click here to pay your fees online with an Arizona Tax Credit
Before and After Care, Extended Care and Day Camps Registration Form, if applicable to your family.
Grade level supply lists. You are encouraged to purchase the supplies and bring them to Meet and Greet.

Please read Dr. Saliba's Letter, fill out the Student Fees Form, and come to Meet and Greet prepared to pay your children’s fees; options are outlined on the form. If you have questions regarding fees, please contact the office. Please note that we will be asking you to do some additional paperwork at Meet and Greet.

Emergency Information Form
Please note that we must have all the highlighted areas on this form filled-in completely as part of the registration process if you are signing up for Before Care, After Care, Day Camps or Early Childhood.
