It’s Our Annual Costume Parade and Pumpkin Patch!

Students in preschool through eighth grade participated in our annual costume parade today!

The parade started in kindergarten. The kids picked up first grade students – and paraded throughout campus, picking up each grade level to join in the walk. After middle school students joined the parade, preschool and prekindergarten kids marched behind them.

It was a great time for all – and wow, were there creative costumes!

A special “class costume project” – Ms. Martha’s preschool class has been studying fire safety. Part of their fire study included learning about dalmatians. So, the class dressed up as dalmatians from “101 Dalmatians”, and Ms. Martha dressed as Cruella! Tying it more into the kids’ fire study, the students donned firefighter hats as well.

Students also visited our pumpkin patches and had the chance to choose a pumpkin to take home. Below, Ms. Wanda’s prekindergarten students pose for pictures in the pumpkin patch.
